1. Nature of the service

The site publishes editorial opinions and comparisons about third-party software. We are a referral/introduction service only. We do not sell, operate, warrant, or support any product listed. Your purchase contract is with the vendor alone.

2. No advice

Content is general information, not professional, legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Verify all pricing, features, terms, and suitability with the vendor before purchasing.

3. Accuracy

We aim for accuracy at the stated update date but make no warranty that any information is current, complete, or error-free. Vendor pricing and features change without notice.

4. Affiliate relationships

Some links are affiliate links, as disclosed on each page and in our affiliate disclosure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without excluding any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the site and its operator exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and total liability is capped at US$50. You use third-party products at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Refunds (our own digital products)

The Stack Blueprints and the individual stack PDFs are our own products, and this refund policy applies to them only. Third-party and affiliate tools are governed by the relevant vendor's refund terms, not ours. If one of our Blueprints did not deliver what its sales page described, contact us within 14 days of purchase (reply to your Stripe receipt) and tell us why it fell short. We assess each request and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where the product did not deliver the described value. This process does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Trademarks

All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References are nominative only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
